Hi! I'm Heather.

As a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner, I am dedicated to providing personable medical care to all of my patients. I offer more than diagnosing and treating medical conditions. My goal is to help you understand health processes and empower you to take control of your health journey.

What I Offer

Office and telehealth visits are both available. Whether you need a physical exam with face-to-face time or prefer to ditch the stirrups for a virtual visit, I AM HERE FOR YOU.

During your visit, we will review your medical/surgical history and medication list. I will ensure we have plenty of time to review your symptoms, diagnosis/es and address any questions you may have.

At the end of your visit, electronic orders will be sent for any prescriptions, lab tests, diagnostic imaging, or referrals needed.
